Extended Planning Timeline: Past couples have told us they wished they'd had even more time with our expert guidance! So our “month-of” package actually begins two months before your wedding!
Seamless Communication: Two months out from your wedding, simply introduce us via email to each vendor, and we'll be a part of all communication from that point forward, ensuring smooth coordination and relieving you of those final details.

Owner, Vicki Amar, only takes on 1 wedding a day allowing your event to be the sole focus. You will always have Vicki Amar as your lead planner and all packages come with a day of assistant so we can divide and conquer anything that may arise on wedding day.

A venue coordinator is employed by the venue and focuses on managing the venue's staff and services, such as ensuring timely catering and setup. Their primary responsibility is to the venue and fulfilling its contractual obligations. A wedding coordinator, on the other hand, works exclusively for you and provides a much more comprehensive level of support. We act as your advocate and wedding concierge throughout the entire planning process and on your wedding day. We handle all the details of your wedding day, from coordinating vendors and managing the timeline to ensuring your vision is brought to life. We're there to ensure you have a stress-free and enjoyable celebration.

Certification means you're working with a professional who has met rigorous industry standards and is dedicated to staying at the forefront of wedding planning knowledge. On top of our CWP status, our ongoing education includes weekly workshops and annual summits to ensure we can provide you with the most current information, tools to stay in budget, valuable insights, and innovative ideas to help you make informed decisions and create a truly unforgettable celebration.

Nope! Your wedding is our top priority! We're proud to say that you'll never be passed on to someone else during your planning process. As an Amarvelous Couple, you will receive planning and execution from Vicki and we will never double book your day.

Wedding day can easily be a 10+ hour day, I'll lead your rehearsal the day before, and depending on the package, you'll receive hours of meetings and site visits both virtual and in person. Plus, don't forget all the behind the scenes work I'll be doing in between meetings to take the burden off of your plate. Remember, planning a wedding is a full time job!

Our pricing is based on many factors (location, number of guests, services we are providing, etc.). However, as a point of reference, our packages start at $2,500, and we’re happy to develop a custom package to fit your specific needs.

We offer a variety of planning and coordination packages to suit your needs. For weddings, we have two primary options: our Stress-Free Full Planning package provides comprehensive support from the moment you book (usually starting 12+ months in advance of your wedding). If you've already planned most of your wedding but need expert guidance in the final stages, our Wedding Management package, formerly known as "Month-of", is perfect for you (beginning two months prior to your wedding day). We also offer a Proposal package for those looking to create a truly special moment (bookable as little as two weeks in advance) and a social event package for other celebrations (ideally booked 6 months in advance). We're always happy to customize a package to perfectly match your unique requirements.

While we generally use email for keeping track of details and having a reliable record of our conversations, we're happy to adapt to your preferences. We can schedule phone calls, virtual meetings, or in-person meetings at our Boynton Beach office. We're also available for site visits as needed. To ensure we can give each client our full attention, we typically reserve text communication for event week when you may need immediate assistance.
